looks like he ruined a perfectly good paint job imo

 

i forgot to mention, the bike was wrecked

he didnt strip the old paint job, he had to get new fairings (fiberglass) because the bike was in an accident

 

it hurts me to say this but it doesn't look bad....

Wow no doubt he ruined it. He should put some spinners on it to match the chromalusion paint

 

it looks great from the pictures. but under the sun, in real life, is when the flaws emerge.

Even in those shitty pictures I can tell that he needs days of color sanding. It's not deep and rich. Not to mention his shitty taste in color. But for the DIY.

Too late for that; should have done it before the 3rd stage was put down.

Not bad for rattle can, but I hate that coloring.

 

coming from someone who painted their own bike:
-you get ANY gas on that tank, and you are screweddddd.
-he needs to wetsand/polish/wax that badly
-i would have painted it flat black, because flat back looks badass.

 

haha he didnt ruin it.. but he could've done it better.. flatblack does look badass

 

I'm sure if he wanted to hide the tag he would have taken it off instead of turning it over??

ya know i give him for diy but jeez... for the amount of billz he spent on that crap he could have spent 50 dollars in a decent spray gun, used that as a base, wet sanded the hell out of it and bought some cheap $hit clear like OMNI AU which u can get a gallon of for $60, $38 in activator, put it on SUPER thick, westand and buff the crap out of it and it would prob look pretty good... its all about the clearcoat baby... u could put good clear over freakin rustoleum and it would prob look good lol

 

is that a carbon fiber windscreen? i guess for originality.

Exactly Looks good to me, I'd rock it.

Flat black would own though.

 

thats a nie job ..i wouldnt do it unless my orig paint is messed up..

oh who am i kidding..i dont even have a bike..lol
