I'm wondering if the Valve cover from the 98-02 Accord 4cyl engines (the one with "H VTEC Honda Motor Co." on top) will fit onto the 94-97 EX (F22B1) motors. Just incase anyones wondering, the F22B1 valve cover has "H VTEC" on top.

I looked on HAP and it appears as though the 98-02 Accords use the save valve cover gasket set as the 94-97 Accord EX. It also appears as though they both use the same bolts to hold the valve cover to the head.

Visually, they appear to be the same except for the letters on top.

I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure, if the 98-02 4cyl valve cover will fit onto a F22B1 motor?

According to TAS Autoparts the SOHC Vtec Valve cover works on all models from '94 thru '02.
