intake and exhaust gain?

hey guys i have a 2001 prelude base and so far i have AEM CAI and greddy catback exhaust. i was wondering how much have i gained so far?

I gained like .2 on the 1/4 but that also probably accounts for slightly better driving. Oh with just the CAI.

I shaved off 0.4 in the 1/4 mile with a CAI.

but thats OBD I. I would think you gained 10 hp or so with your mods you listed

Damn OBD I people....looking to do that swap but trying to save up for the damn distributor first.
