burning off coolant

so i have a intake manifold swap i did, replaced the gasket, but i left some old gasket on like a dumbass and coolant ran threw the exhaust/muffler, yea...
sooo, i replaced the gasket/cleaned the surfuce, and trying to burn the coolant off. nuteral it doesn't smoke, but when i get on it... it smokes like a *****. I still have some coolant dripped out the exhaust pipe..
any tips to speed the cleaning up, also is there any way i might be leaking coolant still.. but if i was i would have a vacum leak.. and a surging idle.. anyways.. idears ?
