I was getting my b16a oil pump ported ( increases pressure in mid to low end which eases the vtec switch over point ) and when putting the pump back together I noticed that the spring was shorter then one of a GSR.....is this suppost to be the case?

 

Any one know if there is suppost to be a diffrence between a b16a oil pump and a b18c1?

 

i thougth all b series vtec oil pumps were the same...
maybe that was water pumps...idk bump lol
