I'm about to have a full Buddy Club kit put on the Lude, but I'm really sketchy about ground clearance. I want to be able to have full use (in all driving conditions) of my Lude without worrying about some dead animal on the road or something on a turn. I know most would say "Just don't put the kit on," but my front end is wrecked and I really want to beef up my ride. I already fitted the kit and I have a little over 5" ground clearance (stock suspension and wheels). Will slightly bigger wheels help any or will the lower profile simply keep it the same (I'm assuming the ladder)? Or is 5" good enough clearance? I hate fiberglass, lol.

 

if u are sketchy about ground clearance, jack up the lude

haha...it is inevitable that you will eventually hit something...just got to keep an eye out for stuff...also if u put on the kit, u should lower the lude

 

just put the kit on first than lower it so u have an idea first before plowing the street
