Too RICH OR BAD CAT?
ALRIGHT GUYS HERES THE DEAL....MY CAR I EITHER RUNNING TOO RICH OR I HAVE A BAD CAT, COULD BE BOTH. WHILE DRIVING, IF I STAY IN GEAR AND LET RPM'S FALL AND I TAP THE GAS. I GET A BIG POP.....AND EVERYNOW AND THEN DEPENDING ON HOW HOT MY CAR IS I'LL SHOOT ABOUT A 6' INCH FLAME...I SOUNDS LIKE A SHOTTY GOING OFF SOMETIMES....ANYONE KNOW IF IM RUNNING TOO RICH OR MY CAT IS GONE?

Correct. there is a plug right above the ecu that has a rubber cap on it. Pull that down and connect a paper clip into both sockets of the plug... look at the Check engine light for you code.
Long blinks = 10's
short blinks = 1's
Example: LONG-short short short = code 13 ... or LONG-LONG- short short = code 22.... Good luck
