Default my 92 integra type-R build!!!

ok guys and girls, finally going start with the swap soon. swapping a b18c5, for the og b18a1. ive been building this motor from the ground up, bought the block in march or april of 05'. i started with a bare block.

i put some nice internals in along the way

all new nuts and bolts, all the way down to the oil squirts.

enough about all that... im waiting to get my other 93 integra back from the dealership. (seatbelt warrenty). i bought a 90 rs that didnt run, for my daily driver. i was just going to put the engine outta the 92 into the 90 rs, but i decided that the 90 rs was a rust bucket. so i bought a 93 ls that runs like a champ. and im SUPPOSED to get it back friday (3/17/06). as soon as i get it back, its on!!

so this is my thread that shows my swap, please join me.
this the car that is getting the swap

this is the stock ls

all the carbon, and new lights and bumper are all coming off soon as i get the 93 back

the white car in the back ground is the 93- the red one is a 92.
this is the engine today, it still needs a little bit of stuff.

oh yeah i got to get the tranny out of the 92, to b built. im going queiff lsd. (spelled wrong)
so ill post more along the way!

i have more pics of the build of the engine, if anyones cares. and the carbon fiber front is all new and the paint job i plan on will make it look good.

No offense, but you can't build a "Type R".

If you're talking about trying to build a "Type R" it's simply not possible. Your car is either a Type R or not.

Take pride in owning a LS with built B18C in it. You don't need to call it a Type R to make it special.

But dude. Invest in a better header then the dc 421. I'd look for a 4-1 with a 2.5" collector.
