Default **EF hatch addicts: 88-89 versus 90-91 ... FIGHT **

I've always been partial to 90-91 front ends but lately the 88-89's have REALLY grown on me. Let's see what HT has to say.

Only hatchbacks, no EF9 front ends and no CRX's

i go back and forth almost daily.

i have a 91 and the only reason i wont swap it for an 89 is because the moldings wont match. There are tons of awesome examples of both 89's and 90's

Does anyone know if it was Canadian models or ALL models in 88-89 that had the upper part of the bumper painted black? It looks so hard

on an unrelated note, this picture makes the 90-91 look so hard

I used to own an 89, then a 91, now a 90. I prefer the longer bumper lights on the 90-91's. And I've always perferred the seatbelts on the doors for some reason.

And for ^MikeG's teal hatch.

I have been having a tough time with this for awhile now. I have a 89 that I am redoing the body on (new paint, bumpers and moldings) So I need everything. I have mostly decided on the 88-89 set up and leaving the tops of the bumpers black.

are you kidding about the door mounted seatbelts?? they are the worst, people are always slamming them in the jambs
