What is it called? Does anyone make them for Civics or at all?

My car is a golf cart.
Unfortunatly the exhaust is heating up the paint, cracking it and leaving black soot. I should have known better than to ask a bunch of bad asses.

i dont think it would do much because think about it. If it melts ur bumper, dont u think its gonna heat the metal up and cause it to get even worse? Second thing, the black soot is actually ur car running too rich, might wanna get that checked. Im sorry, i dont know what its called. I would just cut my bumper and give it some clearance, but thats me. Ebay proly has something like it, just search exaust heat shield or i dont know what..
