Help Seatbealt Stuck

1997 Ex...
Just randomly my driver's side seatbelt is stuck in the reel and will not unroll.....

I read all the other seatbelt posts and ppl just say to take it to the dealership. Well, I dont have a honda dealership around. Would I be able to take it to say a Chrysler Dealership and still have it done for free?

Or is there anyway to get it to function properly?

take off the panel and check it out.

you can try cleaning it...but I never had that work
My dealership is full of ***** anyway, so they refuse to do warrantied **** without a fight...

don't mess with saftey stuff... I would take it into a dealership, they will fix it for free.. there is a service bulletin for that... because it's a required saftey device by the govemernt they have to fix it
