the piece at the bottom where the seatbelt comes through is removable. i think it's just one or two screws that hold it in. there's more screws all around the door panel. it was a while ago that i did this on my CRX, but i don't remember it being difficult.

Take it to a Honda shop or a body shop, becouse of the way the belts are anchored to the door.

did you remove the piece at the bottom where the seatbelt comes through? or are you having trouble at the top of the panel where the belt comes up from behind the panel?

thanx everyone for ur help i finally figured it out and got it all done... since the interior was blue before and so were the seat belts i took out the whole seat belt assembley inside the door panel, there were only like 5 or 6 bolts holding the assembley onto the door so it wasnt to bad... thanx again everyone
