sooo... is it possible?
could i attach a clutch for a 1988 crx si tranny to a flywheel for a 93 d15b7?
i've got the tranny coming in today, and i've got the clutch and a pile of flywheels... the b7 flywheel's the lightest and it's freshly resurfaced... i'd hate to see it go to waste

yeah... i know that part, but it only comes into play with the clutch disc... (21 splines on the 88 i believe, and 20 on 89 and up)...
i'm looking at just using an 88 clutch disc with a 93 flywheel and pressure plate... it seems like it'd work in theory, just the clutch disc doesn't fully cover all the surface area of the flywheel and pressure plate... everything else fits.
ok guys... will it work?

ahhh... i think 212 may be just a tad too big... the pressure plate and flywheel are exactly 210... i'll give it a check. on the other hand, 212 is a lot closer to 210 than 190...
and no, that's not my hero... he's just one of my drinkin' buddies.
