Dash kit can be bought from the Navi Si
( or DX ) in his case
and the harness can be found at any audio shop 98+ civic one

as for mounting the AMP...
the OEM one is in the rear deck under the speakers
maybe check into getting some brackets that hold the NAVI computer on the TSX and fabbing them to mount under the rear deck in the trunk

unless you have the dx, the harness is not out yet as the lx-si uses a different design.
i don't know how to mount the amp to the rear seat because someone said it's too soft and won't hold the amp up.

well WAYYYYY back in the day
in my 00 civic
i had a PS2 in the trunk THE BIG ONE!! and thats where i mounted it
I used bendable brackets from home depot and zip tied foam around them
( so no scratches on the ps2)
and bolted them into existing holes in the trunk roof
worked nicely and by doing this u can snake the wiring down from the trims on the side and keep it hidden

I am not sure of ur clearance under your front seat, but i have mounted several amps in the past under there. There is always the possibility of making a new trunk floor board with an indent in it for ur amp and plexi glass if space is a must. I personally choose inside my back seat for my sub amp., although i would not recommend this if you are not very good at improvising.
Man I've been trying to find someone who knows how to install that dash kit. I've already cut holes in my doors and installed the 6.5 speakers but I'm baffled as to how I'm gonna get that dash apart. I could probably pay Best Buy an assload of money to do it but I think I'd much rather keep it cost effective. Is it dangerous for a newcomer to take apart the dash and try to install that dash kit?

look under your dash there might be enough room there. you can also mount under your back seat but you have a sony amp so i wouln't suggest it. and for the last part you can mount it under the rear deck dont take much tools just 4 screws. you just need to measure right.
and an other think to do you plan on add an other amp, how long do you plan on keeping the setup. cuase with me i can never keep anything past two weeks either cuase i blow it up or dont like it even if i custom fit everthing.
