Default CRX fire. Opinions needed

There was a brush fire yesterday that claimed a 91 CRX, it melted a lot of engine parts, front bumper, fender well, but the interior for the most part is ok.
Do you think it would be at all worth wile to gut it and use it as a track car? I already have an engine for it.
Has anyone done anything like this? ?

I would have to go back to where it happened. But i'll post them when i get them. The car never caught fire but the extreme heat mented the plastic stuff. The fire department destroyed the hood to spray the engine down. The back glass was already broken (that's why it was parked there). It's a white car.

The fire did burn a 90 Jeep wrangler and a Chevy Caprice and nearly burned two 1968 chevy race cars

I've helped restore 2 fire damaged cars. I did all the wiring. The easiest thing to do is get a new interior harness and engine harness. Start from scratch and it'll be alot easier than pieceing **** together.

That would be the perfect canidate for a track car. There was a guy running Honda Challenge in a S2000 that was a fire car. I would say pick it up cheap and make it a track *****.

That's what i was thinking. Since all the parts I would remove are gone anyway (headlights, trim, tires) The body itself is still in good shape (except the hood). Not even charred. I would imagine some of the paint is bubbled though. If I can buy it for $100 I think it woudn't be a bad deal. It's probably safe to say all of the bushings in the suspension are gone as well at motor mounts. But that just gives me a good excuse to get solid engine mounts and polyurethane bushings for the suspension. After all it will be a track car.
