retarded tranny q 90 integra

what covers the open nipple next to the clutch cable bracket? on the top side of the tranny 90 integra (ys1? never did figure out if thats what it was but nonetheless) what is supose to ocver that nipple... or is it suppose to stay exsposed?

I believe mine has a cover on it.

they come with a rubber cover i think, i know mines gone though. and have no clue what its for. maybe some kind of ventilation?

Bingo. And yes there should be a black rubber cap that goes over it. Not too too critical though.
