Need some PS help!

I'd like to have this photo 'enhanced' by a good photoshop user. The picture is pretty dramatic with the snow and tree's with that awesome skyline. But alas, it came out way too dark. I just want it lightened and sharpened without losing too much of that great blue shadow I was in. Well, any tries would be greatly appreciated.
