Is it worth it?
I have a 90Ls. I have a 99Si Tranny on it. I would lice to get a second block to build because my car is an everyday driver. I have a 99Si head awaiting various parts (16 keepers, & 1 Freakin' Intake valve
). I came across 2 b16 blocks and a Ls block. The years and types I don't know yet. The guy will only sell them together. They are all complete (Pistons, Cranks, Rings, etc.). He wants $250.00 for all three. The LS is the one that I want because of the block guard is already installed on it. The other two have had one but they were removed. I am pretty sure that all of the internals on the block are stock. But I am also getting the Head bolts (ARP) off of the LS block. I just need to know if it is hard to get rid of the other two b16 blocks. I know that they are in perfect shape because I got the tranny off of him for $250.00 and all I did was change the oil and it was perfect. Any input is greatful.
