when i took the spark plugs out of the box i didnt know there was an extra tip in there.. the tip fell out of the box and right onto piston number 1 i saw it at fisrt but after a few failed attempts i cant see it anymore.. the tip is not magnetic so i cant get it out with a magnet... how can i get this out...?

Bubble gum or grease on a wire coat hanger or a piece of welding rod.Happy fishing.

tape up a piece of rubber hose really good to your vaccuum cleaner extension and just stick the hose down in there. it should suck it up in no time. good luck!

if u vac it out just make sure u havce a screen or something in the hose to catch it just so u can make sure that you actually got it out. (or a clean vacumn i guess)

once my buddy broke the tip off of his dip stick, but the stick was still in it! We had no clue since we were changing the oil on that crappy nissan...

We got a shop vac, put a peice of duct tape over the tip and poked many holes in the tape.... acted as if it was a filter for thed vac...

worked great......

alright lol we got it out and got the car running last night-- all we were using was a crappy house vac- i finally realized that my uncle had a shop vac in the back of the house- so after adjusting it to fit at the top of the spark plug hole with good suction, i turned the crank and as the piston got closer to the top it sucked it right up-- man it took a while and alot of failed attempts--

oh on a side note we found an injector (filter) in there too so i guess its good that we saw that fall or that would have been stuck in there--

thanks guys--- maybe ill get pictures up soon-

here is the day she went down
