Im stressin so much right now...but let's stick to this problem...
right now, all my car can do is idle, and it doesnt even do that smoothly...
it hesitates when it is reved, and it kind of sounds like its makin a knocking noise...
Clutch pedal is still dead, it may by the slave cylinder, but i cant see wuts really wrong with it...

glad to help. i got my engine from steve too. good guy. 
anyway. for the engine problem. i KNOW your throwing a code. what is it. it could be TPS or map sensor. you did plug the tps sensor in right? he takes it off and bends it down below the intake manifold so it dosent get dmaged during shipping. and the clutch. get a friend. have him press the clutch SOFTLY. while he does that, push on the boot where the slave cylinder is. if you feel the arm moving your clutch works.

I cant seem to find that clip to check for codes, i swithed that MAP and TPS back and forth, so its not that...
As for the cluth, theres no clutch pressure at all, when u step on it, itll go straight down, with no pressure, and stay down, u have to pick it back up...
