thanks, I just cut out the exhaust notch from the left side and cut the same shape out of the other side and used a plastic weld product to fuse the pieces in.

speed bumps are easy; since the lowest part of the exhaust is next to the tire, as long as I keep the tire in the highest part of the road the exhaust won't hit or scrape. It really doesn't scrape that much.
