I hit front ended by a kid in the parking lot with my car club. I was just sitting in the parking lot with the club and them boom. He hit about 11mph. It was on purpose, he goes to my school. What should I do to him. He hit me.

 

lol, are you serious? you SHOULD have made a police report... not much you can do now though.

hunt him down and lynch his ***. then rob his piggy bank so you can fix your ride.

 

I would contact law-enforcement and have them take a report. If it was private property law enforcement probably won't get involved. Get his insurance information, as well as contact information.

Other than being hit (at 11mph), how is the 205hp 'Teg?

 

In my city you cant make a police report on private property such as a parking lot already tryed that. I have got him to pay my deductible which is $500 dollars. But I want more than just to get the car fixed. Court sounds good. The kid has only had his license for 5 months and already 3 accidents.

they already covered the accident. Only because I have full coverage. The insurance company wanted me to take pictures of his car and I did. They can just see from seeing my car and seeing the pictures of his car that he hit me. The car is in the body shop because the insurance inspector was coming out to look at it.

From the sounds of it your insurance is covering your car, he's paying your deductable, and everything's hunky dory. If you think he hit your car on purpose (which seems retarded) then you might want to consider taking him to court.
But as there is no police report, everything sounds pretty weak.

what i would doo..is get his license plate down, then expletive your car up just a little bit more and get insurance money to fix it....fruad yes...but his insurance will go up..he hit you.....not only that i'd get on the ball on makeing a police report...because he could do it befor you and say it was a hit and run...then boom there goes your record..but if you do it and say he hit you and took off..but you got his plate then your in good shape!

He already stated that a police report is not possible because it's private property.
And if insurance is already taking care of his car, then it's a little late for a police report.

It sounds more like he was looking for advice on how to vandalize some part of this guy's car for revenge.

Personally I am against vandalizim, you are already getting your car fixed, the other driver is already going to have an increase in insurance, possibly have his license suspended/revoked. Dont worry about it, your **** will get fixed and you can go on your way. Just remember what goes around comes around.

To the OP, you should race him for pink slips. Then whoever wins is the better man.

Actually, you have pretty much done all you can. If the police don't get involved, then they will once you start beating him up.

You could also take his liscense plates off of his car, then when he drives home, he might get pulled over and given a ticket.

BTW: Don't you get your liscense taken away for too many accidents when you are under 21?

Hint for you only: to do a burn out, put car in reverse and then go backwards about 15 mph. Then put clutch in and put car in 1st. Dont hit brakes. Rev up to 8k and dump clutch. LOTS OF SMOKE for ur teg.
