Default Bluish smoke coming out of the engine bayy..

I have a B18C1 swap and been having problems starting my car lately. Today I was trying to crank it up and it refused to do so, so I turned if off.(Moved key from starting position to acc) After I stopped the car did a howling noise and I see bluish smoke coming from the hood. I open the hood quickly and notice the smoke coming out of the intake tube. I have a SRI. What could be the cause of this? I took the filter off and let all the smoke come out and tried to get the car started and it did after a good bit of cranking..

Cliff Notes:Bluish smoke coming out of the intake tube

Thanks!

I think blue smoke = oil . But I have no clue how that could get in to your intake.

check the timing with a timing light..Or set the motor to tdc and see if the arrows on the cam gears are lining up,maybe just one cam gear is off..
