the tune looks like poo.
Get it re-tuned for like 13.5 AF across the board
Im also assuming that timing remains untouched or it was molested the wrong way....
vtec needs to be moved up from the stock 4500 rpms since you dont have iabs anymore.
8-10 hp is a realistic gain with better tuning for it it seems to be at now.
the engine will wake up with some cams.
I can take a look at the BIN if you like.

Try getting a set of AEM cam gears, and keeping your air-fuel ratio closest to stoichiometric as possible (14.7:1) and if you can afford it try buying an Apexi Vafc to help adjust the vtec activation point this should help on your dyno overall if tuned properly.

There's no point in getting a VAFC if you have a chipped ECU. Do it right and get the car tuned and setup properly with Crome. Never use piggyback **** when you have the ability to adjust everything the proper way.

why would he want to keep it as close to stoich as possible?!?! so he can lose more power but be emissions friendly
around 13.2-13.6ish is a good afr for an na car.
