Air Bag Sensor
Hey, I'm new to this fourm and i just have one question. I have a 1998 Honda Prelude and i was wondering where the airbag crash sensors are located. If anyone could help that would be great.

If it's like a 4th gen and pretty much all other hondas then there are no sensors the SRS computer uses accelerometers to detirmine a crash. Luckily they apparently do not work on the verticle as my 92 Si fell from a 8 foot cliff sideways but landed on the tires bending lots of stuff but no airbag deployment. I even leaned away from the steering wheel since I have be hit by one before and it is not soft.
