Default fuel problem on a 99 honda accord

i'd put gas in the car and drives fine, later in the day i'd tried to start up the car and it won't start, cranks but no starts, i've notice that the fuel gauge move a little bit but drops back to empty, how could it be when i filled it up earlier. need some tech answer.

be sure there isn't a hole in the tank 1st. We have replaced enough of those gas tanks to have them in stock now.

Similar problem as myself... Possible main relay? Maybe P_Adams can shed some light on this subject.

does it not start when it's hot outside? if so it's probably the main relay.
