i live in san jose too, but that has nothing to do with what i'm about to tell you haha

http://www.pspectuning.com has a great short shifter, just not adjustable like the lean. but it comes looking hot and has its own custom leather boot and **** if you choose to pay for it

Get the pspec. Reduced height 1", reduced throw 40%, and smooth shifts like stock. Complete kit not an adapter. And it comes with a really nice 100% geniune leather boot and nice ****. pspectuning.com And if you sign up right now, there is a group buy for 20%off! He has them in stock ready to ship. Caps at 20 people, already at 17 last time I checked. Look around for the link on everything-honda.com The shifter for the accord and the prelude are the same.

From my research, most people have told me to start with a good coilover/shock such as Ground Control/Koni setup. I have it on my lude with 450 spring rates f/r and love em. Next I'm going to get a rear sway bar. Progress Tech, and going with custom endlinks. After that, you can go a little more hard core, but for most of us daily drivers and weekend warriors that is more than enough. I doubt you will feel a difference with a front strut bar...even the JDM one. Save your money, and buy a Progress rear sway bar.

And only 3 spaces left for the pspec group buy. better hurry...he posted it today and 17 spaces filled up like that. 20% off...$175 for shift kit, shift boot, and shift ****.

http://www.everything-honda.co...58675

It was supposed to cap at 20, but Pete decided to keep it open until monday. And the price for the full kit is $180 shipped not $175. I still know people that are going to join this group buy...it's going to end up being close to 30 people

Here is the link...
http://www.everything-honda.co...58381

I went to http://www.pspectuning.com and signed up for the group buy, they took my $100. I shot them a seperate email asking a general question, but havent heard from them yet, its been about 24 hrs. The rules for this group buy says, them wil be posting names of ppl as they get signed up, but looks like they havent posted a single name yet. I hope this website is for real and not a scam.

Anybody know any better about this website and this group buy????

Really and for true? I have been dragging my feet on buying a short shifter b/c I refuse to put an adapter on my car, and I don't care for the kits currently on the market.

Please say you are close to the final version!

When are people going to learn with him?

I'll be in the shop this week with the 5gen shifter. If you want an awesome product, adjustable just like my 4gen shifter, great customer service, and quick delivey, I suggest you wait!

I know I know I know.....I've got some PTO days at work now that I'll be taking to get back to work on the prototype with the new shop.

The last 4gen group buy wiped me out and I've been stressing trying to get those back in to take care of backorders for holiday orders. Can't have any disappointed 4gen luders sad that their short shifter wasn't sitting under the tree!

On the mailing list from your site and anxiously waiting for it to be complete. Don't rush on our account though.....make it good (which im sure you will)

I'm sure the pspec shifter is good too though as I've heard nothing bad about them.
