Default anybody running 15X6.5inch rims with a +32 offset?

i tried posting this on the integra forum but didn't get all the info i needed. i just got some racing hart cybers and it has a offset of +32. i know that this will fit my car, 97 gsr, but i was wondering if it would affect my performance and/or tire wear. i keep thinking it will because if i compare it with a 7inch wide rim with a +40 offset the outer part of the wheel would be very close to the same, but the inside would be alot different. please let me know what you guys think. any help will be appreciated.
