I am thinking of getting a jdm itr or sir-g cluster but I was wondering if I would run into problems when doing smog checks or anything where the odometer reading has to be taken. thanks in advance!

 

well im guessing you have an ls 94-01 it wont change any info with smog. the people that do your smog test will plug into the obd connector anyways and as long as the check engine light works on the other cluster your fine.

 

I do have an LS and am about to go lsvtec. So they can find out the mileage, if they actually need it, on the car by plugging into it? Mine is obd1 if that matters.
