Turbo Installation
i plan to go for turbo and i gonna try to install the turbo to my 2001 prelude by myself. anyone know is there any website that contact about how to install the turbo to the prelude? please help
If you were in San Diego, I'd give you a hand. Anyway, just ask here. There are quite a few who would be more than happy to help.
One question, what is the last or hardest mod you've done. There are a few things you MAY have to cut and the dreaded oil-pan turbo oil return fitting part. Everything else is as easy as replacing parts. The oil return fitting is a test......
There is a write up on installing a turbo at gotboost.com or something like that, but here you get live help, hehehe....

lemmie know how the install goes, and please take pics, cuz i wanted to do this same thing to my car.. can't afford to pay someone right now to install it, so i'd have to do it myself. i got a 98 SH
ive got a 98 prelude and i plan on putting on my turbo kit this weekend, the only things that i've run into so far is the oil feed line to the turbo, i have an aftermarket oil pres. guage and you can barley fit the t fitting and the oil pres. sending unit between the block and the axle. besides that the map by-pass and the check valves are the only grey areas that i've got left. you can also email me with any questions you may have, i'll try to help as best i can.
