help me out?

whats a good fair price for a used 98+ bumper with the section covered by the OEM Optional valences NOT painted? the rest is, but not the part covered by valances (already gone so it has to be without)

they seem to be listed used around 100-150, but since it needs paint who knows, try making an offer around the prices I said

ya I would try to get him a little lower just because of the unpainted parts, but then again it doesn't really matter if you have to paint it anyways!!
