Will sparco racing harnesses or any other harnesses work with 2000 civic si seats. ive seen people just put them trough the holes in the head rest , but im not sure if there was modification to the rails and such.

 

depends if they are clip in or bolt in.. mine had both.. and for the clips.. i just grinded out a small hole in the rail and it cliped around that
