did u have to take anything to the machine shop or anything? i want to redo mine. btw, is there a rebuild kit? thank you.
you can't machine anything thats just worn out, you need more metal, not less
there is no rebuild kit, i asked at the dealer
i bought a tranny from a 97 gsr that had a cracked housing, it only had 25000 miles on it at the time, so it wasn't too bad for 300
to get any synchros from the dealer, they're pretty expensive, well over 100 each
then i just did a bunch of part swapping and i had a brand new tranny
btw, my gears still looked like new after about 162000 miles at the time

Thats great to hear. I was almost gonna take my tranny to a shop. Helms doesn't make a manual for mitsu right? Are the manuals at the mitsu dealership gonna be as easy as a helms? Don't worry i'm selling the dsm
