Default questions about jdm h22a

1. Is the fuel pressure specs different from usdm and jdm h22a's? I have heard many diffrent psi's anywhere from 40-45, 35-40, 50-55. If anyone knows the exact range for the jdm it would help me alot, i need to buy an inline fuel pmp since I have a fuel cell.

2. Got my jdm h22a from a reputable company. Put it in and wired it up to starter to check compression. 1, 2, and 4 cylinders were at around 240. #3 was around 60. Put oil in cylinder and it would slowly go up to 160. I e-mailed the company since I have a 30 day startup warranty and they said that it is common for that to happen because a valve might stick, since they sit for sometime after being taken out. They told me to try spraying wd40 in cylinder and on springs to free it up.
Now I know I have to take the valve cover off but can not find a listing in fel-pro for the 93 h22a, just the h23a. Will that valve cover gasket fit? Going to do a leak down test to confirm but also have been told by freinds of mine that are mechanics just to fire it up and let it run for a while, and that would free it up. Any suggestions?

Its like 38-45- something like that.

If you put oil in the cylidner - and the compression rises, its the rings.

Tell them you want a replacement engine. THey're trying to stall to get to that 31 day mark.
