You may need to be more specific since I don't even know of any USDM OEM CRX "wing" or you talking about a hatch?

 

Well his username is USDM Hatchback, so my guess is he's talking about the Civic version.

First of all the JDM wing has a big LED as brakelight, USDM has not, only small lightbulb.
Second, the shape of the JDM wing is bigger then the USDM, IMHO the JDM looks much better then the USDM/EDM wings.

 

^ditto about the 3rd brake light.

Looks like these are very similar...except the centercap. I like the BC's better.
