Default BuddyClub Spec III Plus cams

Hi

This is my current setup:

B16a Engine ( 1.6 DOHC VTec )

Stock Intake + Stock Throttle Body
Stock Headers
Stock Fuel Pressure Regulator
Stock Valve Springs and Retainers

BuddyClub Spec III Plus Cams
BuddyClub P1 cam gears
Apexi VAFC2
Simota Racing Induction Kit
Competition Clutch and Flywheel ( Stage 1 )
BuddyClub Short-Shifter

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway ,I would like to know what would be the best ( or most common )
adjustment for my cams. Currently only the Intake cam has been adjusted
1 degree ,Exhaust cam is still on TDC.

If possible ,is there a place where I could get the correct ( or most common )
fuel maps for my VAFC2 with this setup ?

I am in South Africa - We use Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol / Gas

Thanx in Advance
