Default Type S cams the Same as F20B cams?

This guy says that "f20b cams from a low mileage jdm SiR-T, which are the same as those that come in the 220hp Prelude-Type S" is this true?

I just read in our FAQ section that they are a bit smaler. I have an H22A4, would the smaller cams fit better w/my 10:1 CR compared to the Type S's? I wonder where they are smaller, on the mid lobes or on the primary and secondary lobes?

the f20b is an accord sir engine and yes I have found most of the F series engine parts do interchange but do not know about the H22a parts.
