Im searching for the wood instrument panel piece.

 

Are you referring to the one that goes around the HVAC controls and radio? That piece wasn't standard on 2000 SE's... At least not here in Houston. It was considered an optional accessory.

No its the one that goes around the cluster. Ive never seen it either too but it exists.

it's a optional equipment, SE only comes with titanium color plastic trim.

they are offer thru out the model year, my friend got a plastic wood trim from honda on his v6 ex
