I installed a 62mm bbk throttle body on a stock civic si intake manifold, I put the throttle cable into place, and when I started the car it revs at 5,000 rpm. But I dont think its the air idle screw.
Any info would be great

first disconnect the idle air control valve
second, start the car.
then adjust the idle screw.
the rpm should be around 500-700.
after you have the correct idle.
reset your ecu by pulling the ecu fuse from the engine fuse box.
after that you should be cool.
