Default FS: High quality hubcentric spacers

I can provide professionally machined hubcentric spacers for your car. I have supplied several sets for DSM open track and race cars. I also use a set on my track car. I can make any spacer that you may need.

Here's a pic of my open track car. FYI I used a 0.5" spacer to mount 16X8 3G RX7 wheels.

Is this Merritt's bro? I have a few friends that need 5mm spacers for DC2 Integra (94-01). What kind of pricing are we looking at for a set of 4? Thanks.

Question: are these available for 4x100 patterns in 5mm and/or 10mm, also how much would a set of four be?

For a HUBCENTRIC spacer.....

If you look at the companion flange (where the wheel mounts) on your car you'll see the hub that mounts into your wheel. The diameter of this will be around 2.5" - 3" (It's 2.64" for my Talon). You need to measure the length of this (how far it extends into the wheel). For a hubcentric spacer to be machined, the thickness of the spacer will have to be GREATER than the length of the part of the companion flange that extends to the wheel. (The only exception to this would be if the ID of the hub locating center of your wheel is GREATER than the hub on your car. This is common in aftermarket wheels.....I'm sure that you are familiar with "centering rings".....these rings are used to correct this.)

If this is confusing I'd be glad to draw something up and FAX or mail it to you. This would allow you to visualize the critical dimensions.

Now if you want a simple "through" spacer to increase clearance by a few mm then you just need to make sure that the wheel will still be located by hub on the companion flange when you move the wheel outward with the spacer.

I hope all of this makes sense!

The spacers will be about $150 for a simple "through" spacer (must have enough so that the wheel still sits on the hub"

Hubcentric spacers like the ones shown in my pictures are $200. I can make those in 12 mm and up sizes. I just need the critical dimensions.

Like I said, I can make a drawing and mail/fax it to you.

Feel free to shoot me an email as well.
