Default accord 97---> K20A

hello, i am from malaysia, driving an accord 1997. nice to know theres an update here in honda-tech bout 97's. i saw an accord97' installed with a K24A in one of the honda-tuning magazines. i was wondering whether has anyone here tried it with K20A from a civic EP3? is there any problems while installing or after installing the engine? i want to swap my current F20A to it, but wasnt quite sure bout the k-series. do i have to change my mounting joints, because in malaysia, i cant change it as it doesn't comply with the laws here...please help...thanks

k20 out of an EP3 is hardly an improvement over an f22b1 w/ I/H/E

what's up with all of these "lets put this little tiny motor into a 300lb car" threads? That swap is a waste of money...you could turbo that F22 or swap in a H22a motor and get far superior results..........

erm....mine is a F20A engine. here in malaysia, there are two versions, 1 which is a 2.0=F20A, the other is 2.2=F22B1 thats it. malaysian rules say that if i have to increase my displacement, my roadtax and insurance including my periodic check-up of the car by the government has to be changed. and if i change it, i have to go through the hectic process of complying with the laws. thats the main reason y i wanted a cp3 K20A.
