B18 bottum with B16 top will it work?

B18 bottum with B16 top will it work?

I recently decided to rebuild my motor. I was wondering if a B18A1 bottum end would bolt up to a B16 head and if it will what other components will i need to make it work.

It's a nice setup, but needs quite a bit of work to make it right.
