I was pulling out of a parking lot and taking a left accross traffic. There were two cars coming from the left and the first one was turning right into the lot i was coming out of. And since they were turning in i went out, then the *** bag behind them (second car coming down the hill) decided they didnt want to slow down so they swerved into the turn lane to pass the first car. And that is where i was. So they hit me head on and spun my car around 180 degrees and thats about it.

If the turn lane is a left turn lane then how can the other guy be at fault? The other guy can claim he was about to turn left and 94CIV was there opposite to the direction of traffic so he got hit head on? Isn't that if you are aganist the traffic direction, you are always wrong? please advice.

That turn lane was only for the traffic coming the other way to turn into the parking lot. He couldnt have turned left.

I still dont even know what to say.

I'm not sure if i want to sell all my parts or if i want to keep them and put them on my next civic. Its just going to be hard to find a civic as clean as that one was.
