I bought a S2k a couple of years ago & only had it for about 2 months before I had to sell it. Stupid insurance.

Anyway, I'm looking for another now & all the S2Ks on Autotrader have Salvage titles. WTF is that BS. Not to mention they still want 16k+ for them.

Anyone else notice that?

 

Haven't really looked into S2k's lately, but I'd guess the reason for that would be:

1. Stolen interior = Salvage Title
2. Idiot drivers that theink they can shift at the apex of a corner while stomping on the throttle in the rain.

 

2 or 3 accidents in the rain this past week alone, in the SoCal forums on S2ki.

 

cali doesnt' count since people there don't know how to drive in the rain

 

Better put your money where your mouth is. I have a rainy mountain nearby for those who wants to talk smack.

Well, I've decided to stop my search. Going to save until next winter & pick one up then.

That way, I either 1. lower my payments, or 2. have a ton of extra cash to mod it with.
