i have a 91 accord and my idle is very low. it is at like 200 rpms and it stalls on me sometimes. i know that i have at least one bad motor mount which makes my engine move back and forth. but my car runs real rough too. it feels like a real bad message. lol. but can anyone help me please.

 

Your IAC valve is out of whack it seems like.
But first have you done anything to it about the time that it started acting up.
You may have a broken rear mount.
