Default b16a vs b18c1 block

Is it true that the b16 block is 6mm shorter than the gsr block thats y compression is higher...i know stroke is different duh but like the actuall physical size of the block in height?

Yes the b16 block is shorter than the b18 blocks.Thats not why its got a higher compression ratio though.

yea i know thats not the reason why...but i know u can but a gsr stroke and crank but if you do like a stroker motor i heard there wouldn't be enought piston to valve clearance
