I did my research on http://www.dcsports.com the only thing different i found was the part number.

So what is the difference between the 88-91 civic/crx dc sport header (4-2-1 2pc)and the 92-00 civic dc sport header (4-2-1 2pc)??? They both are D-series motors.

Are the size of the pipes from the 88-91 civic/crx dc header smaller than the one for the 92-00 civics?

Can i use my stock bolts to connect the upper pc and the lower pc of the dc header?
