what the hell is going on????

I just did a swap on my 91 hb dx, went from a 1.5 dpfi to a 1.6 sohc zc. everything was fine until i changed the pin on the ecu harness. the pin was the b10 plug. i think its one of the distributor wires. when i went to start it up, it hesitated and then started. but it wont rev past 3200 rpms. when it hits 3200 it hicups, back and forth. the check engine light came on. its codes are 4 and 7. can anybody help??? please.... this is my work car, and figures that this has to happen on sunday night. right before the work week. anyone with any info, please help. thanks,

i know what the codes are, but the crank sensor? is that in the distributor? or is it a simple fix?

I put the pin back. i had to change the pin because it was loose. so i took a pin and wire out from another harness that i had. and then this happens. ?????
