what do you guys use to clean your rims? there is some sort of gangus on 2 of my rims that dont come off easily or at all....we tried alcohol and some bug/tar remover crap but nothing worked...it looks like gum but it isnt gum consistancy..i hope all this make sense..any help is appreciated..thanks guys!

 

I've used Simple Green and Meauiars Hot Rims wheel cleaner. I suggest taking the wheel off your car to do a real good cleaning.

Just remember not to use anything that you wouldn't use on your cars hood.

 

i just tried simple green...it didnt take the gangus off but made my rims looks real nice..haha...any other suggestions...it looks like it may be some form of chemical spill on it..i have no idea...
