Up here in NorCal, you can visit Dynospot Racing... Or down in SoCal, I have heard good things about Area 51.

Dynospot is closed. That is where I would have gone.

Where is Area 51 located.

Area 51 in Irvine, Southern California. Import Builders in Fullerton, Southern Ca. and Dynamic Autosports in Lake Forest, So. Cal. There's also Factor-X but i'm not quite sure where they're located.

Correction...DynoSpot is not closed, they are just in a long process of relocating the shop, until then the dyno can't be used.

We might just have to use them for some baseline runs...if they don't touch the car, I don't think that we'll have any problem.

They put together the first two motors for my convertable...
Needless to mention, I'm on my third one now....
They had all my polished aluminum accessories (valve covers/air cleaner/etc.) sitting on the floor in the shop and they had been STEPPING on them for months!
I wouldn't trust them to lick dog crap off my shoes, not to mention dyno my car...

There's Group A/Skunk 2 in Hayward. They tuned my SFC-VTEC a while ago on their Dynojet.

The shop will be ran by a guy that was also working for Skunk building motors and tuning. From what I hear, he is pretty good. Im not sure if Skunk left yet?

GS-R, go on the 92 (towards San Mateo bridge) exit Industrial take a right and Skunk will be about 2-3 blocks ahead on your right side.

Anybody know anything about UPRD (Under Pressure Research & Development)? I heard that HONDATA is moving their facilities from NZ to there. I know they do a lot of turbo tuning - but what about NA?

That is very old news. UPRD is no longer and HONDATA is already in the U.S. at their own location.
